LLMOcheki launches Off-site Visibility, showing where you appear on the Chiebukuro, note and X pages AI cites

Itera, Inc. (head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takayuki Muto) has begun offering Off-site Visibility in LLMOcheki, its tool for measuring and improving LLMO. The feature shows, outlet by outlet, how a brand appears across the user-generated content and social platforms that generative AI cites as the basis for its answers.

It covers 13 UGC and social outlets that AI search in Japan actually refers to. You can see how your company is talked about outside your own site, outlet by outlet, and the outlets where you are absent are extracted automatically as gaps.

Background: AI search work does not end inside your own site

Generative AI cites not only company sites and media articles but also user posts — Yahoo! Chiebukuro, note, X, YouTube, Instagram. AI search work therefore cannot be completed by optimising your own site alone: you need to know where your company appears among the external outlets AI refers to.

Which outlets get cited also differs by language. In Japanese-language AI search, Chiebukuro and note function as reference surfaces, yet the means of analysing them have been limited.

What Off-site Visibility does

The URLs actually cited in AI answers are classified automatically across 13 major Japanese UGC and social outlets — Yahoo! Chiebukuro, note, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Ameblo, Hatena and Oshiete! goo among them — and the following are displayed.

  • The citation count for each outlet, broken down into your own pages, competitors’ and third parties’
  • The specific pages on each outlet that AI cites most often
  • Outlets that serve as a reference surface for AI but where your company is absent, extracted automatically as gaps

Availability

Now available on every plan. Because it aggregates from measurement data you already have, there is no additional cost.

About LLMOcheki

LLMOcheki is a SaaS product that continuously measures how a brand appears and is cited in AI search across eight engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overview, AI Mode, SearchGPT and Copilot. Its “n-shot statistical measurement” runs the same question multiple times and expresses appearance as a probability with a 95% confidence interval, making the highly variable output of AI answers visible in a statistically dependable form. It covers measurement, competitor comparison, and content generation and improvement informed by the analysis — all in one place.
