Our philosophy
Iterate your Marketing.
Everything we do at Itera rests on these five values.
Action beats a perfect plan. People and products get stronger in proportion to how many small, fast loops they have been through.
Carry the results of the business as your own numbers. Draw no lines, pick up the ball, and see it through.
Do the obvious things to a higher standard than anyone else, rather than chasing the exceptional. Think simply and stay close to what matters.
Show it in results, not in words. For customers and colleagues alike, only accumulated results become trust.
Place the customer's results and your colleagues' success ahead of your own. Every cycle begins with giving.
Leadership
Founder of TriHatch and creator of MEOcheki, which was adopted by a cumulative total of 100,000 stores. After two M&A exits — to Vector and to GMO TECH — he founded Itera, Inc.
After serving in the Japan Self-Defense Forces and working in full-commission sales and as a web director, he led MEO services at TriHatch. He went on to head new business and serve as COO there, before co-founding Itera with Takayuki Muto in 2026 as Managing Director and COO.
He worked in sales, project management and engineering at an IT solutions and recruitment company, while also founding a game development company. In November 2024 he founded Rabbitly and became its Representative Director, delivering close to 50 client projects. He became Director and CTO of Itera in 2026.
