Itera, Inc. has established the following basic policy, and declares it here, with respect to antisocial forces — organised crime groups, their members, quasi-members and affiliated companies, corporate racketeers, groups engaging in criminal activities under the pretext of social or political movements, crime groups specialised in intellectual crimes, and any other party equivalent to these.
- We respond to antisocial forces as an entire organisation, led from the top. We also ensure the safety of the officers and employees who deal with them.
- We sever every relationship with antisocial forces, business relationships included.
- We work at all times to maintain close cooperation with the police, centres for the elimination of organised crime, legal counsel and other external specialist bodies.
- We firmly refuse improper demands from antisocial forces, and take legal action through both civil and criminal channels where necessary.
- We never make covert deals with, or provide funds to, antisocial forces.
